Simple, cheap, easy to make z-axis synchonizer design for my A6. Allows for full z-hight (220mm) Little tension on the frame. Only two small simple printed parts. Works far above expectations. 4 holes to be drilled in the main frame part: 4.5mm or 5mm holes(gives some room for errors) The holes are 6.5mm from top edge and 17mm from the left and right sides of the frame Holes must be 40mm apart.(so 17mm and 57mm from edges) Spec between belt and frame is approx 5mm and 8mm other parts needed: bearing MR128ZZ 2x (8x12x3.5) bearing F604ZZ 4mm 8x (4x12x4) belt GT2-6-950 1x screw M4 x 16 4x sunk screw M4 x 16 4x nuts M4 8x washer M4 8x Bearing MR128ZZ is a little to small. Wrapped some tape around it and pressed it in. Grinded 4 screwheads down to 1mm to avoid possibility of touching/rubbing the belt.
