Anet A6 power supply cover with side switch

Anet A6 power supply cover with side switch

UPDATE: Though this cover prints quickly and does it job, it lacks proper fixation to the frame and will move around. I've made a much more solid and robust cover; check it out over here.

This is yet another cover for the Anet A6 that has a hole for a switch. It's basically traced from TodayAtTheCanteen's design, but I couldn't edit that one in FreeCad without errors, so I remade it.

It's sized for the stock power supply.

All the others out there somehow didn't fit or work for me. My switch was this one*, URBEST 10A 250V AC Rocker Switch 3 Pin IEC320 C14 Inlet Module Plug Fuse, and it didn't fit in the designs that had the plug vertically on the back because it hit the frame and it also has clearance issues with the power supply itself inside the cover.

Hopefully this will be useful to someone else. :)

affiliate link

Print instructions

Rafts: No
Supports: Yes
Resolution: 0.2mm
Infill: 50%
