Anet A6 power supply cover with back switch

<p>This is a remix of <a href="/Kingmiwok">Kingmiwok</a>'s <a href="https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2657572">revised design</a>.</p> <p>It appears to be compatible with both newer and older A6<strong>original</strong> power supplies. This version is much sturdier than my <a href="https://www.prusaprinters.org/prints/44043-anet-a6-power-supply-cover-with-side-switch">previous design</a> and I much prefer to have the switch and socket on the back of the machine.</p> <p>I've tightened the dimensions a bit (there was a bit too much play on the width; my power supply is 110mm for reference. If your's is wider, this won't fit. Please let me know if older supplies are wider). I've also added a curve that adjusts perfectly behind the A6's back frame part. This really keeps the cover in place with no play whatsoever.</p> <p>I've uploaded two different patterns: one with hex cutouts (similar to my other parts for the A6) and another one with circular cutouts, for a more classical look in sync with the power supply. There are also variants with and without screw holes for the switch. The holes are 3.25mm, so they can be used with an M3 and a bolt or an M4 bolting tightly directly into the plastic.</p> <p>Update 15-FEB-19: I uploaded the step files for both models, if anyone wants to remix them.</p> <h3>Print instructions</h3><p><strong>Rafts:</strong> No<br/> <strong>Supports:</strong> Yes<br/> <strong>Resolution:</strong> 0.2mm<br/> <strong>Infill:</strong> 40%</p> <p><strong>Notes:</strong></p> <p>I printed them in their upright position with supports for the cutouts and the screw holes, but not for the vent holes. The results are pretty good, but there may be a better way to print it?</p>
