Anet A6 power supply cover with back switch
thingiverse
This is a remix of Kingmiwok's revised design. It appears compatible with newer and older A6 original power supplies. This version is much sturdier than my previous design, and I prefer having the switch and socket on the back of the machine. I've tightened the dimensions slightly; there was too much play on the width - my power supply measures 110mm for reference. If yours is wider, this won't fit. Let me know if older supplies are indeed wider. I've added a curve that adjusts perfectly behind the A6's back frame part, keeping the cover in place with no play whatsoever. I've uploaded two different patterns: one with hex cutouts similar to my other parts for the A6, and another with circular cutouts for a more classical look in sync with the power supply. Variants include models with and without screw holes for the switch; the holes are 3.25mm, making them suitable for use with an M3 or M4 bolt tightly into the plastic. Update: I've uploaded step files for both models, available for anyone who wants to remix them on 15-FEB-19.
