Anet A6 One Z

Anet A6 One Z

This was designed to keep the Anet A6 Z axis level as it prints - some users of the Anet reported that the Z axis tilts during prints - mine did this too and one of the Z motors would get out of sync with the other. To tackle this, I created the above accessory to attach to the Anet and replace the Z shaft guides - centering them with skateboard bearings, then connecting the Z shafts by a belt that was cut and glued.\r\n\r\nI have run at least six prints with the setup as it is now, and the Z axis stays true on both sides. Don't forget to unplug one of the Z drive motors after adding this kit!!!\r\n\r\nThe pulleys and belt can be bought from Amazon in a kit, but make sure you get gears with an 8mm internal bore for the Z shafts! If you order the 5mm bore, the pulleys will just sit there unused.
