That is an adjustment mechanism for an extruder level over a heating bed. Requirements: 1. 1x Screw M3x30 (or longer) 2. 1x Nut M3 3. 1..2 Washers with a diameter of 4 to 6mm, approximately 15mm to 5mm in length 4. A spring with a diameter of 4 to 6mm Assemble the mechanism without disassembling the printer. Check for free movement of the shift inside the base part beforehand. You can move the head along the Z-axis by a few inches. Mount the end-switch on the inner side of the printer, secured in place with a roll. After assembly, fix the screw tightly in the base part.
