Anet A6 LCD padding frame
thingiverse
My Anet A6 printer has an LCD display that is not level due to its backlight panel being exposed, resulting in uneven placement in the slot. This padding frame is designed to adjust and level the LCD display's position, making it appear even in the slot. It is crucial to ensure that your slicer has scaled the model exactly as shown in the drawing above (Length: 90.5mm, Width: 59.5mm, Height: 3.5mm). In my case, both Cura 3D and onshape.com (when exporting as an STL file) tend to make the model slightly longer or wider, which causes it not to fit into the frame initially. I recommend printing a draft with a thickness of 1mm to see if your printer prints the frame correctly. The model sources are publicly available at http://bit.ly/2b4gEvG.
