Anet A6 LCD 12864 Cover

I recently upgraded to Ramps 1.6+ and required a fresh screen and SD card reader, prompting me to purchase the RepRapDiscount Full Graphics LCD 12864. I reimagined the excellent cover and screw placement courtesy of 3D_print_Pilsen but expanded the panel to incorporate a mount for the A6 similar to EnumC's design for the A8. Edit: This does protrude forward, resulting in a loss of Z height with the original carriage.
