This is an impressive DIY Modification for the Anet Hot End/X car setup. Although it's very budget-friendly, some upgrades are necessary for successful printing of ABS, PET-G and PLA filaments. A key change has been making the Extruder a separate component from the X car, controlled through a new setup. This involves linking it with PTFE tubing to the updated Hot end assembly. Note that custom parts were used in blue and this upgrade allows for tightening the timing belts on the X and Y axes of the printer. However, please note that not all of these files are included for use. I chose an E3D Heat Break, specifically one with a diameter of 22.5mm x 26mm but also clones with 25mm diameters can be used in this setup. As part of the build process, I have constructed a heater block from aluminum and utilised both the existing heater unit as well as heater block that came with Anet Printer, making it an alternative option instead of a genuine E3D Hot-End. I used a silicone backing pad between Heater Block & Heat Break which acts like an heat insulator preventing too much heat transfer. Furthermore this reduces fan airflow close to heat break cooling and gives space around the heat block which helps in cooling process during 3D Printing process Additionally I used two fans, a standard one came with Anet but also bought 1 snail house from another market source. There are four Fan Duct lengths available for these 4mm Fan and we can see Screen Shots included that were required to design our ducts based on it and as in case of my prints those required Snail House fan duct28.35 mm Left Stl & right stl both files To keep fans fixed, M4 bolts have been tightened so much that these holes now work as a threads for the new fans fitted over them which looks somewhat ugly but functions effectively to my Anet 3d printer prints well so I have moved on and hence don’t have a solution Now this design requires no spring loading as is done in most extruders which simplifies printing but it needs some changes for it. Also with its push gear bearing system provides excellent strength. The standard design features include, from the anet itself, Spring 1 Nema motor- Anet and 2M3 screws & nut both have also used by me along with An Anet original PTFE coupler I purchased online with no M4 bolt (PTFE tube). Now it's just easy.
