This part is designed to simplify printing with ABS on the Anet A6. Does your Hot End have dimensions: diameter 22.25mm x 26mm? I've found a Hot End that fits perfectly with those specifications: https://pinshape.com/items/36207-3d-printed-anet-a6-j-hotend-mod-2226mm-x-26mm-upgraded-nov-24-2017 If you have a hot end with dimensions: diameter 25mm x 32mm, it can be used with this model. This is a simple wagon that holds an affordable Chinese J-head like hot end. Check out the picture for details. The air for cooling the hot end fins is directed in such a way that it will not touch any printed parts. This makes printing ABS easier. Take a look at the print screen for clarification. Changing filament with this part is incredibly easy. You can see where your filament wire goes, eliminating the struggle of using the original extruder. On the bottom, I've placed some Kapton tape to protect the plastic and create an air-tight seal. You should be able to assemble this part with the screws and nut that came with your Anet A6 printer. There are two types available: One type includes PLA cooling fan support (main PLA Fan with support material.STL) The other type does not include PLA cooling fan support (main with support material.STL) See the print screen for details. In the main housing, print support material is already included. It's a small cylinder where the Hot End will be installed. Check out the print screen for more information. All of the following information is optional: Please note that it might be possible that you do not have enough clearance in the top of the Z axis. If this is the case, you can install the "Anet A6 Left upper bracket for higher Z axis": https://pinshape.com/items/38621-3d-printed-left-upper-bracket-for-higher-z-axis In the pictures, I've also installed a cooler on my stepper motor. For that part, please see: https://pinshape.com/items/36198-3d-printed-nema-17-universal-motor-cooler I had to break out the bottom to make the screw holes of the motor align with the mounting holes. The cables to the controller are held by the "Anet A6 Cable holder X wagon": https://pinshape.com/items/36203-3d-printed-anet-a6-cable-holder-x-wagen This part was printed in silver and gray ABS at 0.2mm resolution, with a nozzle temperature of 222°C and a bed temperature of 96°C (100°C would be even better).
