Anet A6 hinge and cover full graphics lcd controller

I swapped out my board and had to utilize the Full Graphic Smart Controller. It won't fit in its old spot, so I took it out and created this custom cover. There are two versions available - one designed specifically for the Anet A6, and another that's blank. In addition, I crafted a hinge to match the LCD frame found here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:626307. This new hinge bolts securely to the back of the frame using existing screws.
