I'm getting rid of these frustrating tapes once and for all. To do so, I purchase a glass panel and design mounts specifically for it. My glass panel measures 220x220mm, perfectly fitting onto the heatbed. After installation, you won't be able to access the leveling screws. To resolve this issue, I recommend using something like the following: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2350276. This way, you'll never have to reach those screws again.
