Anet A6 Front Plate for Y Rods and Belt
thingiverse
I snapped off the corner of my Anet A6 front plate. Fortunately, it still held the rod firmly in place, allowing me to print. I designed this replacement plate as close to dimensionally accurate as possible for the front plate. The holes for the rods were 8.3mm on my part, so I duplicated that measurement precisely. Deliberate changes I made included slightly reducing the radius in the upper corner, adding more material between the rod hole and the edge of the plate. There is still ample room for the wingnuts from the build plate carriage to pass by. Additionally, I increased the plate thickness to 8mm, up from my original part's 7.70mm. If needed, you can easily reduce the thickness in Cura before slicing.
