Anet A6 - Frankenstein (E3D v6 / Volcano)

It's alive! My monster, called Frankenstein. All you need is just an E3Dv6 standard extruder with its fan. The second fan and bearings are already in the original Anet A6 extruder. You'll also need a Bowden filament feeder. If you have a PTFE tube and fittings, you won't need to buy anything else - everything can be made from the original Anet A6 extruder. This carriage allows you to use a basic E3D v6 hot end block and volcano hot end block. You can adjust the height by moving the central part (radiator holder). Two sides of cooling provide better quality prints with large air flow channels. The cooling of the radiator of the extruder is also made with flow simulations, and has the correct flow path. Fast and easy belt tensioning is available without screws. Some links I used: E3D v6 kit (with volcano), PTFE tube, 40mm fan, GT2 belt, linear bearings (or use old ones from Anet). Print Settings Printer Brand: RepRap Printer: Anet A6 Prusa Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.3mm Infill: 30% Notes: The "5_target_cooling_fan_split.stl" model was split, making it easier to print. You'll need to glue together the parts using ABS juice. Post-Printing Glue together the split parts with ABS juice. You may need to clean some connections of the parts, especially after ABS shrinkage. All connecting parts must be connected easily.
