Anet A6 Filament Guide
thingiverse
I received a request to modify my A8 filament guide for the Anet A6 so here it is. This one fits behind the top support and replaces two spacers used to hold the LCD in place. I currently have my filament holder set up behind my printer on the same tabletop, so I wanted a guide that would keep the filament over the build area and prevent it from slipping over the top bracket. This guide is unobtrusive, solid and works great for that application. Two options are available - one with a solid loop, and one that has a slot for feeding the filament through. The slot was sized for 1.75mm filament but I don't know if 3mm can be squeezed through. Thanks to some help, we were able to update this model and verify that it now fits the A6 correctly. I have removed older models which were wrong and replaced them with newer models which are correct. These should fit without any issue. I have added two updated files for the new Anet A6-L printer. The screw hole spacing has been shortened to 50mm and should now have a better chance at fitting the new frame. There might be some space between the top of the frame and bottom of the filament guide, but that can be fixed in a later update once hole spacing is verified correct.
