Anet A6 fan duct (with screw mount)
thingiverse
I was in search of a fanduct that wouldn't sag due to heat when I stumbled upon RichieK's modification (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3037010) of Paclanc's fanduct (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2013199). However, I found that RichieK fan would clip on the isn't space on my machine as I'm using this filament guide (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2366523) which protrudes. Also, I wanted a more 'secure' method of attaching the fan duct. Which led me to create my 'remix' of Paclanc's fanduct. It is bolted using the screw underneath the extruder (example in 4th pic). I tried modeling supports with limited success but it worked for me. So, if you can place custom supports (like in simplify3D) use the model without the support. Here is a thing that I hope will be as useful for you as it is for me.
