The cheap radial extruder fans with sleeve bearings normally fail after a short time. The Fan Titan TFD-B5015M12B with ball bearings solves the problem (available from amazon). But the air opening of the fan has different measures, the old ducts do not fit. Here is a duct for the Titan fan for the Anet A6.
