I'm designing a hybrid fan duct and auto levelling sensor mount for the A6 printer. The main challenge lies in mounting the sensor (gearbest.com/3d-printer-parts/pp_591321.html) without restricting X-axis movement, which is currently limited to 0-200mm. To overcome this limitation, I need to relocate the sensor to a different area on the print head that doesn't impede motion. This is an ongoing project and I'll keep you updated as I make progress. After reevaluating my initial design due to the X-axis restriction, I've created a new version that attaches to the front of the printer (thingiverse.com/thing:2039333), offering improved functionality.
