UPDATE: Added an OEM-length version of the duct for improved compatibility. The stock Anet A6 printer fan duct falls short in several areas. It's too brief, forcing air directly onto the nozzle rather than the print surface. Having successfully implemented a Prusa i3 Mk2-style fan duct on a previous project, I designed this custom replacement to improve upon the OEM design. The key benefits are: - A couple of millimeters longer for enhanced airflow. - An angled exit opening directing air precisely towards the print surface, not the nozzle. - An inner flap for added stability and support. - Improved fitment for seamless integration. After swapping out the duct, I noticed a significant decrease in hotend temperature whenever the fan is activated.
