After crafting the Hot-End Assembly, I was eager to put it to use. First, I designed a cable holder tailored specifically for the extruder/hot end. This clever device routes the cable bundle a precise 30 degrees to the left and 45 degrees upwards, significantly reducing the likelihood of jammed cables when the extruder moves to its home position at higher Z positions. The cables are securely attached to the holder with two sturdy cable ties, ensuring they stay in place even during intense printing sessions. A thoughtful slot is incorporated into the design, allowing for seamless alignment of the centrifugal fan. This innovation solves a long-standing issue with the original holder, where inaccuracies consistently caused the fan to be misaligned, resulting in subpar prints. _Printer settings:_
