New 300th anniversary edition is complete. I'm reluctantly abandoning this project, as I no longer own the Anet A6 printer and don't have the time required for its upkeep. This carriage upgrade is specifically designed for the Anet A6 with E3Dv6 hotend, featuring an auto-leveling probe that utilizes a switch and nozzle. Required components: Two LM8LUU bearings One limit switch (a standard endstop switch without a lever) One 30x30x10mm fan One M4x20mm bolt One M4 nut One M4 washer Nine M3 nuts One spring One 50x50x15mm blower fan Two M2.5x12mm bolts One M3x12mm bolt Five M3x20mm bolts Three M3x16mm bolts Two M3x10mm (or 12mm) bolts One M3x6mm (max length 12mm) bolt Four M3 set screws Important: This upgrade is only compatible with files in the Old.zip package. Additional required components: One microswitch (optimized for RAZER Logitech G700) Two 623 2Z bearings Two 3mm x 10mm self-tapping screws (for spring installation) Four 3mm x 16mm self-tapping screws (for holder installation) Two 2mm x 10mm self-tapping screws (for microswitch installation) Two M3 x 16mm screws Two M3 nuts For a water-cooled setup, you will need: One cooling chamber lid Two cooler washers (supports the bottom O-ring) One O-ring (20x2.3mm) for the upper seal One O-ring (18x2mm) for the lower seal Two Single Barbed 3/5mm Hose Connectors for irrigation Some epoxy glue Please report any issues or suggestions to improve this upgrade.
