Anet A6 E3D V6 mount plate
thingiverse
Here is a mounting bracket to mount E3D hot end to Anet A6 carriage using existing screw on the bottom of carriage and M6 X 30 throat sticking at the bottom. Props: Mounting an E3D titan hotend to your Anet A6 carriage just got a whole lot easier without sacrificing any print quality. Cons: Be aware that this method will reduce your printing height slightly. Assembly: Begin by unscrewing the screw located at the bottom of your x-carriage. Remove the old hotend, but be sure to leave the M6 throat with nut in place. Next, remove the bowden tube fitting from your E3D and insert an M10-M6 adapter inside. Secure the hotend to the M6 bolt, then carefully place the mounting plate (it's a good idea to heat the top of the E3D with hot air first) and tighten the screw to the carriage. Print Settings Printer: Tevo Black Widow Rafts: No rafts are needed for this print. Supports: Supports are also unnecessary. Resolution: A resolution of 0.2mm is ideal for this print. Infill: An infill percentage of 30% provides a great balance between print quality and speed. Notes: For best results, print on the rectangular side at the bottom without any supports.
