Anet a6 e3d clone direct drive with 18mm sensor and flexible filament guide. I didn't find here direct drive for e3d v6 with 18mm sensor without problem for X-stop, so I made a mix of all options I found. I combined the following things into one full set: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2065220 https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2658012 https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2242903 Most of parts are modified and not equal to source anymore. The sensor is moved inside carriage, which gives enough space for X-stop. A 40mm fan is used for hotend. An adjustable X-stop was made, Included a flexible filament guide tested with TPU that works perfect. The right side was optimized plus an option to update the right Z-carriage to get extra space from the right side. The full set allows to use the whole bed x dimension and there are some extra space from both sides. For Z-Carriage, I used https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2831084 and here you can find an update for the right side. The assembly is easy to see on photos. Long M3 screws from the original extruder were used for 40mm fan duct and nuts from the other side. Washers are used to save fan duct when tightening it. Short M3 screws and nuts are used for blower mount, with washers to keep the mount safe. Other holes in main body were made to get thread when screwing in, which works perfect and holes are long enough to make plastic threads work well. Be careful with the middle screw for sensor and cable mount, as it shouldn't be too long. Check available length before screwing it (if screw might go thru other side where is e3d mount). A 46.8 mm PTFE (Bowden) tube was used for filament guide, just check that it goes to the end of e3d and fits well at top without losing and doesn't lift up extruder holder. An e3d-screw-insert helps keep PTFE tube straight. The carriage main body is printed left side down with support, better to remove support from 3 mm holes and belt holders. To avoid filament clogging, don't use high retraction value, 0.8 - 1.0 mm works perfect in combination with coasting 0.1 - 0.2 mm. I don't know how it goes with original E3D, but clone clogging when retraction set over 2 mm. If someone has experience with this issue and knows how it works on original E3D please write comment about this. X_PROBE_OFFSET_FROM_EXTRUDER -22 Y_PROBE_OFFSET_FROM_EXTRUDER -20
