Upgrade added for https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3874858 now featuring a titan extruder clone. The extruder case was printed in reverse, model designed with 10mm bearings in mind. To install, simply take it from the original case. Note that at the filament guide leg screw must be reversed (see note at pic 4) to avoid damaging the main gear and causing clogging. Motor gear screws should also not touch the main gear; check carefully to prevent damage. The rest is straightforward and visible in the photos. Use long screws from the original extruder to secure the 40mm fan duct. A bowden tube was used as a guide from the hotend to the extruder, measuring approximately 63.4mm in length, but be sure to check it during installation. A calibration tool has been added, making tuning much easier. To adjust probe offsets: X_PROBE_OFFSET_FROM_EXTRUDER is set to -22 (minus). Y_PROBE_OFFSET_FROM_EXTRUDER is also set to -20 (minus). The extruder was calibrated at 397 steps/mm, but it's recommended to calibrate it on your specific printer for optimal results. To assemble the extruder, start with the case and proceed step by step, ensuring all parts fit perfectly without any loss or excessive tightness. As I used a clone, dimensions may differ slightly, and printers can add size deviations. Filament should load smoothly and easily. The upgrade was printed in PETG at 30% infill. The carriage was printed with support, but be sure to remove the support from bottom 3mm holes and holes for x-end stop holders before assembly. Use a screw to create threads in these holes first. Be cautious when installing the middle screw for the cable holder; it should be short and not obstruct the hotend holder. Support is recommended when needed for other parts. The cable holder has ample space for easy cable management, with cups used to secure the cables in place. It may be necessary to adjust the gasket height for a perfect fit. Double-check the gears to ensure the screws in the low gear don't touch the big gear during assembly. A short video demo is available at https://youtu.be/ZWYKmhNDPyQ
