These are designed in 2 pieces to make printing easier without having to use supports, serve as the top of rods and allow you to hold them with a screw to the structure preventing wobbling, remain open above for maintenance of bearings if they want to add lithographic grease or oil for lubrication. They're for bearings (608ZZ).
