UPDATE 31-12-2016: Some users encountered difficulties with the Frame_L and Frame_R files, so I have updated these files to make them slightly stronger. If size issues persist, please contact me for a custom-made smaller version. I designed this upgrade specifically for my Anet A6 and A8 3D printers to simplify X-Belt tensioning. Two friends requested that I create this design, and I also wanted to try it out myself, which led to the creation of this tensioner. To assemble the tensioner, you will need all parts one time; Frame_L and Frame_R are identical. You will require a total of five M3 screws and bolts: one 30mm screw and four 10mm bolts.
