Anet A6/A8 heatbed cable holder/ strain relief
thingiverse
I've never been a fan of the heatbed's cable connection design. The plug tends to wobble up and down with every movement, which can be annoying. However, I didn't want to solder the cables because I wanted to keep maintenance and conversion work easy. So, I came up with a simple holder that picks up the cable right behind the plug, effectively eliminating the forces caused by movements. For maintenance purposes, all you need to do is cut the cable tie that secures the cable to the holder. This setup provides a bit more stability than before, and so far, the plug has stopped wobbling. _Printer settings:_ Material: PLA Resolution: 0.2mm Wall thickness: 1.2mm Top/bottom thickness: 0.8mm Infill: 20-40% Support: no
