Anet A6-A8 Button

A universal button top for Anet style push buttons is now available for download. The package includes a round button, plain hexagonal and hexagonal stop buttons, as well as a core button connector that can be customized to fit individual needs. This innovative design features a split ring on the back, allowing it to flex and securely grip onto various buttons. Having successfully tested this product on my Anet A6 printer, I believe it will also work seamlessly with other Anet models, including the A8, as long as the button is approximately 6mm wide. Print Settings: Printer: Anet A6 Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.25mm Infill: 30% Notes: In Cura software, I had to adjust the extrusion width to 0.38mm in order for it to print the connector section correctly. For optimal results, it's recommended to print this design slowly at around 20mm/s due to its small size. Additionally, setting a minimum layer time of at least 10 seconds is crucial since the connector section is quite thin. When printing the connector section, make sure to avoid deviations across the connector hole as much as possible, especially when it comes to stringing and material flow. This will ensure that the connector fits well into place after post-processing. Post-Printing: Remove any excess stringing or material from the connector area for a smooth finish.
