Anet A6 12mm level sensor support
thingiverse
I was impressed by the sensor holder design from Mapm27 on Thingiverse at thing:2185516 and decided to print it immediately. However, during installation, I discovered that it was making contact with the x-belt and still had a bit of flexibility left in it. To resolve this issue, I increased the distance between the belt by 2.5 mm and enlarged the tube upwards just enough to graze the upper beam. With these adjustments, the sensor holder is now firmly secured to the extruder carriage. It's worth noting that the final position does bring it close to the fan, but fortunately, I was still able to mount it without any issues. Given the proximity of the extruder, I chose to use PETG filament for its exceptional strength and high melting temperature, which proved to be a great decision in this case.
