This y-axis pulley mounting block offers several enhancements over stock, and over various other y-axis "tensioner" mounts: * The 1-piece design is easy to mount quickly * No extra parts or screws are required - simply the original M3 bolts * As belt tension increases, there's no flexing * Metal toothed pulleys are used instead of smooth flange bearings (reducing "waviness") * An optional printed toothed pulley adapter for flange bearings is available This is the belt upgrade kit I used, which includes "spring"-type belt tensioners: "2.5m 20T GT2 Timing Belt & 4pcs Pulley Idler + 4pcs Tensioner 3D Printer RepRap" Note that I chose the M5 bearings, as the M3 bearings have failed many people.
