Noticed some lines on my prints on the X plane and discovered that the belt was rubbing against the angles towards the top of the 2040 I use for my X axis. Quickly designed a fix in Tinkercad, printed it out, and it works perfectly now. Need to sand down the spacer to get the alignment just right, then I'll take another measurement and update the files so you won't need to make any changes. For now, this solution is better than having my belt rubbing against metal. Currently using the red one and it's a tight fit (idler very close to the 2040), so I widened the design for the green one, but haven't printed it out yet to test. Shouldn't be any issues, as the vertical hole alignment was what mattered most to me and that's spot on.
