Noticed some lines on my print's X plane and discovered that the belt was rubbing against the angles at the top of my 2040 X axis. Quickly created a mockup in Tinkercad, printed one out, and it works flawlessly! Next, I'll need to sand down the spacer to get the alignment just right, then I'll take another measurement and update the files, so you shouldn't need to make any changes. For now, it's an improvement over my belt rubbing against metal. Currently using the red one, which fits tightly (idler very close to the 2040), so I widened the design for the green one, but haven't printed it out yet to test. Shouldn't be any issues; the vertical alignment of the holes is what mattered most to me, and that's spot on. Edited April 23, 2017. Printed and installed the green one, works great! Also added some photos of it installed. Still need to measure out the spacer and indent. I'll get to it, promise!
