A custom parts cooler bracket / holder for the Anet A2 printer. Specs: The rear mount design allows for a clear view of the print and provides a sleeker look. The blower is 50x50x15, offering higher CFM compared to a standard 40x40x10 fan (available at http://a.co/6omY7mc). Installation is easy, utilizing existing mounting bolt locations. A wide air path distribution results in better print quality for parts prints, particularly when using a narrow nozzle. The Y and Z positions are easily adjustable. Printing the bracket requires no supports. Preparation: To accommodate the bracket's rear mount, two M5 bolts on the X platform needed lengthening. During this process, the heating block was insulated with 2mm thick Heating Block Cotton sheets (available at http://a.co/cQbpCRB). Design Oversight: Initially, I planned to secure the blower using screws, but discovered a design flaw. The screw heads were too close to the bed and X gantry, making it necessary to custom-size the screws. Instead, hot glue was used to mount the blower, resulting in a 5mm gap between the lowest part of the blower and the print bed. Design Concerns: The blower's air intake is located on its underside, raising concerns about loose filaments getting sucked into the fan and fouling it or affecting the print.
