Anet A2 E3DV6 Cooling Fan Duct
thingiverse
I've tried several coolers but wasn't getting satisfactory results. This one works perfectly for me, however. If someone tries it and thinks another performs better, I'd love to hear from them after achieving good cooling. Attached is an image of a functional impeller that I printed for my furnace blower - it's what inspired this cooler design. The blades are relatively thin and would warp with the other coolers I've tried. The nozzle is also clearly visible and easily accessible. A 40mm fan is used as the cooler fan. It fits snugly around a 40mm hotend fan or the stock E3DV6 30mm. You can modify the mount to adjust its height if needed. Mine works well positioned about a mm below the bottom of the heating block.
