This is a customized remix of the fanduct designed by Carsten Heuer, tailored specifically for an E3D clone that's slightly longer than the original. It features a unique design that allows only 2-3mm of the nozzle to extrude, ensuring the airflow won't hit the heatblock. A circular cut is incorporated into the duct to enable increased airflow from the coldend fan. This modification significantly enhances the overall air circulation within the system. An update was added on March 24th, 2018, featuring a cut version of the duct that not only boosts air pressure but also allows light to reach the print nozzle. This is particularly useful for those who have an LED strip installed on their X-axis profile, providing improved visibility and control during printing operations.
