This dual Y-rails upgrade has dramatically enhanced the print quality on my Anet A2. After printing Colindo's project (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1933208), I encountered a lot of sender and cutter adjustments to fit my Anet A2 perfectly. Eventually, I decided to modify the design and share these updates with you. These prints now fit seamlessly on the Anet A2. The 2020 rails I ordered from Aliexpress (https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1pc-500mm-Aluminum-Profile-European-Standard-Black-2020-V-Slot-Aluminum-Profile-Extrusion-Frame-For-CNC/32963563938.html?spm=a2g0s.9042311.0.0.27424c4donWClg) have been securely attached to the 2040 bottom frame using corner brackets (https://www.aliexpress.com/item/WSFS-Hot-10-Pcs-2020-Aluminum-Corner-Bracket-L-Shape-Right-Angle-Joint-Bracket-Fastener-Home/32948841958.html?spm=a2g0s.9042311.0.0.27424c4donWClg). The dual rails are attached to the rail spacers using screws and T-nuts. When assembling, first install the 4 screws in place where the old wheels were located. Next, drill through the 4 holes of the printed bed support into the acrylic frame. The rest of the assembly process follows Colindo's original project instructions. Print, assemble, and enjoy!
