anet a2 40mm cooling fan duct
thingiverse
I designed an innovative solution to improve airflow and cooling efficiency by creating a custom duct for a 40mm cooling fan. The design was carefully crafted using SketchUp, a powerful tool that allowed me to visualize and optimize the shape of the duct. Print Settings: Printer: RF100 Rafts: No, I opted out of printing rafts to minimize waste and ensure a smooth finish. Supports: None were needed due to the thoughtful design and careful placement of the fan. Resolution: A high resolution of 0.2mm was chosen to achieve precise details and a smooth surface finish. Infill Density: The infill density was set at 20% to provide structural integrity while minimizing material usage. By taking control of the print settings, I was able to tailor the output to meet my specific needs and create a high-quality duct that delivers superior cooling performance.
