I built a custom enclosure for my CTC Anet8 3D printer, which I had constructed specifically for my grandchildren's enjoyment. The print turned out well, but during rapid X-axis movements, the bed would vibrate noticeably. Upon inspection, I found that the holes through which the rods passed were excessively large, allowing excessive movement. To address this issue, I designed a new print that would provide additional stability and support to these critical components. While I'm unsure if it will significantly improve overall print quality, I believe it will certainly help to reduce bed wobble during high-speed movements.
