Hello everyone! This is another innovative design aimed at preventing the spread of COVID-19. This mask not only protects you but also those around you. The design is based on an affordable anesthesia mask, and it's surprisingly easy to create with a 3D printer. You'll need to print three essential parts: 1. Filter 2. Front Strap Holder 3. Back Strap Holder To make this project a reality, gather the following materials: 1. Anesthesia Mask 2. HEPA Vacuum Cleaner Bag 3. Rubber Band 4. Textile Rubber First, create the filter by combining a HEPA vacuum cleaner bag and a rubber band. Simply cover the printed filter with a cut-to-size piece of HEPA vacuum cleaner bag, secure it with a rubber band, and attach it to the anesthesia mask using the front strap holder. Next, integrate textile rubber into both the front and back strap holders – follow the pictures for guidance. Be aware that the fit is quite snug, so use a cup of hot water to soften the mask's rubber. Congratulations! You now have a reusable and safe mask at your disposal. Remember to replace the filter after 30 minutes of use. Simply swap out the HEPA vacuum cleaner bag piece covering the filter for a new one, ensuring continuous protection. Thank you for your attention!
