Hey! This is my design for an anemometer for my brother's theme car "Storm Chasers". In my situation, the base will be made from a metal square tube. I've added the SolidWorks files if you need to make some adjustments. The scoops will just press fit into place, but it's always a good idea to add glue to secure them.
