Anemometer Automates Garden Shade Sliding Mechanism. To begin, print three cups, then manufacture the cover, insert the cups into the cover's openings and secure with thin CA adhesive. Next, print the tower and embed the 608ZZ bearing at its tip. Once complete, attach the cover with cups to the bearing, ensuring smooth operation. Assemble the mechanism by drilling a 5mm hole through both the cover and tower. Insert a 5x4mm cylinder magnet into the cover, securing it with thin CA adhesive. Utilize the drilled hole in the tower to mount a hall sensor that detects the magnet's passage. Seal the sensor with silicone for water resistance. Complete the setup by routing a wire from the bottom of the tower to connect with the automation system.
