Originally crafted in Nogrod by Telchar, no other sword on this site or elsewhere has such a noble lineage dating back to the first age of men. Check out the pics! Btw I'm 1.80 (5.9 ft) tall so you can get an idea of the real size of this sword.\r\n1.2 m (47 inches in length)\r\n14 pieces to print.\r\nSlabbed design (new technique)\r\n100% 3D printable construction, no extra parts needed, just a bit of super glue ;)\r\n2 swords for 1: Sword with inscriptions (Andúril) print the L+R parts, Clean sword (Narsil) print L parts twice.\r\nPieces are sliced in 220 mm (8 inches) chunks to maximize 3D printable build volume compatibility.\r\nDesign Tips & Video instructions click here!\r\nSince I read the book and watched the movie I've always wanted his sword, so another dream come true thanks to 3D design and 3D printing, I hope you all enjoy it! \r\nMy goal for this project was to see how thin and long I could make this sword without extra pieces, screws or inserts using only the mechanical capabilities of the material, which was PLA, and the process, which was FDM.\r\nBest Regards Sergio R.
