Android tablet for table mount with screws

This project is designed specifically for my dad. It's intended to work in conjunction with an Android tablet that will control a ham radio, so it needs to be securely attached to the desk. To achieve this, we'll require screws with specific dimensions. The heads of these screws should measure 9mm in diameter. Conversely, the holes they'll be inserted into must be exactly 5mm in width.
