I just found a hat shaped exactly like Bugdroids head and it's meant to fit perfectly onto my Android fanboy edition Minifig. The good news is that these hats are quite easy to create, I've already managed to print one out on my UM2 using Cura's default support structure. I opted for 0.2mm layers for a smoother finish as shown in the photo attached here.
