Andrew swung by our booth at the Big Bang Fair and stepped into our 3D scanning rig, a sprawling setup of 96 DSLR cameras that snapped a staggering 1.8 Giga pixels of data for each scan. We teamed up with CapturingReality.com to process the data - their software sprang into action, meticulously analyzing every image to pinpoint unique points on each one before plotting those points in 3D space if they appeared across multiple images.
