Andrew Carnegie CMU Lithophane
thingiverse
Hello CMU Community, CMU Alumni, and Andrew Carnegie Enthusiasts! Have you ever stumbled upon lithophanes? They are etched or molded artworks in very thin translucent materials that can only be seen clearly when backlighted with a light source. These artistic pieces can also be 3D printed and now you have the chance to print a lithophane that can be seen through your Mac Computer's light (just add an adhesive) or as something cool to place on your desk! There are both flat and curved options, so you get to decide what works best for you! Note: Be sure not to print the flat one upside down. Make sure to print it at a slight angle.
With this file you will be able to print Andrew Carnegie CMU Lithophane with your 3D printer. Click on the button and save the file on your computer to work, edit or customize your design. You can also find more 3D designs for printers on Andrew Carnegie CMU Lithophane.
