Andrea dropped by the Big Bang Fair and got scanned in 3D using our high-tech scanning rig, a complex system that packs 96 DSLR cameras capable of capturing an astonishing total of 1.8 Giga pixels of data with each scan. We tapped into the expertise of our friends at CapturingReality.com to process the data - their software is highly effective at analyzing each image, pinpointing unique points on each one and then plotting those points in 3D space if they appear in multiple images.
