This is a protective cover for the 15/30/45 amp series of Anderson Powerpole connectors. Two files are included: one has a 0.24 inch cable opening, and the other features a 0.16 inch cable opening. Both options allow you to drill out the size cable you require. I highly recommend sealing these with epoxy afterwards. Scotch-weld 2216 is my top choice for this purpose.
