I conceptualized this 3D sword design from scratch and brought it to life using a variety of software tools. I relied on ZBrush for its powerful sculpting capabilities, which allowed me to create intricate details and textures that would be impossible to achieve with traditional methods. Next, I imported the model into Autodesk Maya where I refined the overall shape and proportions, ensuring it looked balanced and visually appealing from every angle. To add a final layer of depth and realism, I utilized 3D-Coat's advanced painting tools to apply subtle shaders and color gradients that give the sword an authentic look. Finally, I reviewed my work in Marmoset Viewer, a powerful tool that enables me to see how my design would behave under various lighting conditions. This step allowed me to make any necessary adjustments before finalizing the model.
