Ancient Philippine Navy Ships For Ortus Novae: Trireme
thingiverse
As if Vikings in the Aegean weren't already anachronisms! (This faction is purely for entertainment purposes.) The Ancient Philippine Navy employs unique vessels, which can be found at no cost on Thingiverse here. Unlike Greek ships, which are the primary force of Ortus Novae: Trireme, Philippine ships are not designed for ramming. As a faction, the Philippine Navy gains a +3 bonus to move range for all ships. If they capture a Greek ship equipped for ramming, they can certainly utilize it for such purposes, but standard Philippine vessels are not built for ramming. Ortus Novae: Trireme is an adaptation to the Ortus Novae rules that enables massive tabletop armada battles using ancient Greek warships (and now, Vikings!) assembled (or printed) by you. Utilizing the same fast-paced and frenetic rule set as the core game of Ortus Novae, you can simulate clashes between enormous fleets of triremes, biremes, pentecounters, and quadremes without getting bogged down in spreadsheets, arcane rule loopholes, or unnecessary bookkeeping.
